Cookie policy.

The categories of cookies and similar technologies we use, what each one does, and how you can change your preferences at any time.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve performance, and to provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, fingerprinting SDKs) achieve comparable purposes; we treat them the same way as cookies for the purposes of this policy.

How we use cookies

AllChrono uses cookies to operate the Platform, to remember your preferences, to measure how the Platform is used, and — only with your consent — to support marketing communications. We do not sell information collected through cookies.

Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the Platform to work. They support sign-in, session management, fraud prevention, and load balancing. They are set automatically when you visit the site and cannot be switched off through the cookie preferences panel without breaking core functionality.

Functional

These cookies remember preferences you have set, such as language choice, region, and form auto-fill values. They make repeat visits smoother and more personalised.

Performance and analytics

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Platform — which pages are most visited, how long visitors spend on each page, and where errors occur. The data is aggregated and is used to improve the Platform. We use Google Analytics and equivalent first-party measurement tooling for this purpose. Where required by law, these cookies are set only with your consent.

Marketing

These cookies are used to deliver advertising relevant to you and your interests, both on the Platform and on third-party sites. We only set marketing cookies with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie preferences panel.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use to operate and improve the Platform, including analytics, payment, and security providers. These third parties are bound by contract to process information consistently with our Privacy policy and applicable law.

Managing your preferences

You can manage your cookie preferences in three places:

  • Cookie preferences panel— available in the footer of every page. Use it to opt in or out of non-essential categories at any time.
  • Browser settings— modern browsers let you block, accept, or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the Platform.
  • Do Not Track— we respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable. If your browser sends a recognised opt-out signal, we treat it as a withdrawal of consent for analytics and marketing categories.

How long cookies last

Cookies have one of two lifespans:

  • Session cookies last only for the duration of your visit and are deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (typically up to 12 months for analytics, longer for authentication tokens) or until you delete them.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie policy when we add, remove, or change the categories of cookies we use. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be surfaced through the cookie preferences panel and through the Platform.
